Cheaper than buying the stuff in the stores...,

"This was fun to make. I wanted to make the Fudge Hearts for my family and friends and did not want to buy the fondant they have in the stores with ingredients I cannot pronounce for the candy. So, when I saw the homemade fondant offered, I knew it'd be fun. It's yummy, fairly easy to make if you have an afternoon you can devote. Just follow the instructions and it's great. I'm already looking for other recipes I can use it with - 3/4 lbs is actually quite a lot, but it appears to keep, if refrigerated and you knead it a bit again."
