Poor man's food that can make anybody jealous,

"It tastes really good and it's a fun meal when you are having friends over. You don't actually need to cook the garlic in milk, just put it right in, and you don't need virgin oil (you're going to cook it, so you'll loose the flavour). This is not a hoity toity meal, this is a meal for people who love food. And doesn't bagna mean 'bath' in stead of 'sauce'?"
