Great the first time or to freeze!,

"I made these with ground turkey and portabello mushrooms for a friend. We both loved how flavorful and moist they were as well as low fat. Served with peas and mashed cauliflower. Made a second batch to freeze. Perfect for a quick dinner or to take to work for lunch. Mine were mounded more like a real muffin, so took a little longer to cook (5 min.) and made 8 rather than 12."
