"I have made this recipe so many times that I now have it memorized! Everyone in my family loves it! Beware however, these are extremely rich and addictive! I love that they cut so easily and that I can cut them into smaller portions (I can easily get 24 brownies from a 13x9 pan) so that they are just enough to satisfy a chocolate craving. They are so easy to make that that there is no reason anyone should buy a box mix and they are just the perfect balance of fudgy and chewy. I have made several variations using this as the base, ex. swirling melted caramel into the top before baking or stirring in crushed Ande's mints to the batter and then topping with homemade mint buttercream frosting. The only problem that I have with this recipe is the oven tempature, baking them at 375 for just 35 minutes burnt my first batch. Instead I set my oven to 350 and bake for 30-35, trust your nose on this when you can begin to smell them throughout the house...they are most likely done!"
