"I do not know why I never bothered to look up this recipe before and would always just end up buying the marinaded meat from the Korean Grocers. I tasted just the marinade itself and it is very very good. I tweaked the recipe as I doubled it...I don't think the amount listed would be good enough for 3lbs..but then again I like my meat soaked in marinade..
Very good and I will make this forever!
