"I have made this for 20 yrs..sometimes with each fourth different! Mainly with the one you show, substitue Feta and lots of black olives and red pepper flakes in mortar with a few walmuts..
USE YOUR IMAGINATION! (and last nites dinner leftovers, fab!"
