"any bartender worth her/his salt must know the secret recipe for the REAL DEAL bocce ball.
Make it according to the recipe, only use very very thinly shaved lime, a large goblet, double the quantities and substitute Gran Marnier for Amaretto and substitute Cristal for soda water..and fresh squeezed orange juice..do not use anything but the best fully ripened oranges.
Float 5..no more no less..transparent wafers of lime...buy a straight razor and a strop and learn how to use it..float on top and serve in pre-frozen goblet..if you're going to sell it as a roll in the hay, it had better be presented properly..go for it..it works every time..take my word for it..I'm 19 and I look 70."
