"I have used this sauce many times and is a wonderfull compliment to any Pork or Chicken application. The flavor of the Bacon Bits really shines through in this sauce. The only hint I may suggest is to use a Food Processor or Spice grinder of some sort to get the Apple, Onion, and Bell pepper down to an apple sauce consistency. This makes it easier to use if you plan on puting the sauce in squeeze bottles instead of jarring it."
