Delightful and easy,

"After a little searching on the internet for directions on how to crystallize orange peel, I was set to go with this recipe. It is a wonderful, flavorful, treat with the added benefit of ease in preparation. To aid in getting the chocolate to set, I placed the sheets of wax paper upon which the mendiants rested into the refrigerator."
