"Better than the restaurant~!",

"My husband stated, "this is better than the restaurant~!" I doubled the recipe and used it with chicken. I added the suggested baking soda, however, I wish I'd not have doubled it (baking soda). I could really taste it. I think maybe my peanut oil was a bit low as I had them stick to the basket. I'm thinking this is why. Any suggestions? It was for sure THE BEST~! Thank you for such a great recipe~!"
