"This has got to be one of the easiest sweet and sour meals I have made. The starch and mix of flour keeps the batter lite and not too filling.
I usually substitute chicken for the pork and also add sweet onions.
You will enjoy this meal w/ whatever you use.
It is a constant order here at the Firehouse...and you know how we enjoy food!
