Crispy Carnitas,

"Carnitas has always been one of my number one favorites. After simmering the meat until tender, I do not remove excess fat but take whole roast and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30/40 min. until brown and crispy, then pull apart in chunks or shred. Wonderful!! and so much easier then frying!"
