Fresh and tangy,

"I liked this sauce. I used on roast sirloin instead of prime rib, but it was very nice. I disagreed with the last review since most of these sauces call for vinegar and i liked the freshness of the lemon juice instead. Of course, I love lemon so I am bias. But I thought it was a nice balance with the horseradish."
