Fast, festive, and fabulous,

"I make this recipe with red cabbage. I made it once with green cabbage and while it was good, it is much better with the red. I have made it for holidays, picnics, and definitely for Shabbos. Each time it has gotten rave reviews. The consistency changes from the first day you make it to the next day, but it is delicious both times. It goes together very quickly because it is made with pantry staples, so no need to go to the store for special ingredients. Kids love it too."
