"Curry is my all-time favorite meal, and I have to say this is now my new favorite chicken curry recipe. I managed to find Madras curry powder at our local Asian store, but since I like it extra spicy, I added 1 more Tbsp. than the recipe calls for. It was a tad hot, but very very good (also added a bit more fish sauce). Can hardly wait to make it again. GREAT!"
