Good Whipped Butter,

"I tried making this butter, but it's hard to tell when it's done. I think I over shook mine and it turned out more like some sort of whipped butter. It ended up tasting really good, but wasn't as thick as i would have liked, and i didn't have any of the buttermilk that was supposed to be left. I would recommend adding a little bit of salt to give it more flavor. But this is a great recipe to make with your kids. My four year old had a blast shaking the jar. Thanks for the recipe."
