Warm Potato Salad,

"I made this exactly as suggested with a little more vinegar and a little less wine. It was perfest with roast chicken and green beans, and a green salad,all as suggested. So easy so tasty, and very satisfying. we will probably have it a lot this summer. I roasted two chickens on the barbecue with the lid down. A really good , simple meal."
