What else can I say, just great!!,

"Can't remember if we ever made curry without using powder or paste, but I think this was our first curry made from scratch. And how tasty it was! Had to search everywhere for the Fenugreek but don't know how a curry could be without it, now. Threw in lobster ($5.00 lb.), haddock, mussels, collossal prawns, only missed the Chinese/Japananese egg plant, but will buy some for next time, which won't be long. Great cooking experience from scratch!"
