Wow! A Thai fried rice recipe!! Wow, Wow, Wow!!!!, March 20, 2009

"I have made literally thousands of fried rice dishes iover my 68 years, but never a Thai rendation of same. The lime leaves make all the difference in the World!! Who would have thought of adding cut up lime leaves to a fried rice, and adding the oil to the thawing rice also, and making it into individual grains!!!!!! Sensational!!! And yes, I am not a relative of Ms. Schmidt!!! LOL I had some shrimp, and one chinese sausage, the latter not authntic Thai, which I added just to clean out the fridge. Note: If there is a Chinese restaurant in your area which you frequent, ask them where to get lime leaves, or ask them to get the for you. They will!!"
