"I have made this recipe many times and works well. My family enjoys it very much. We make it twice a month. I suggest that you cook the chicken a lot longer than the recipe calls for to ensure it is done. I cook my 3 to 4 pound birds ( 1 - 2 kilo) for at least 60 minutes on a pretty hot grill ( probably 350 to 400 degrees f )."
