NOT IRISH STEW,

"this is a stew pure and simple really over complicated. THINK about what an irish labourer would have easily to hand. a true irish stew has no vegetables apart from onions and potatoes (spuds) and absolutely no herbs, what it has is: mutton or lamb , neck is good , sliced lots of onion water to cover ground black pepper salt some potatoes cook about 2 hrs until spuds fall apart and thicken the gravy add more spuds cook 'till done ENJOY"
