Quick and tasty green beans!,

"These green beans were so easy and came out really tasty. Super important not to skip the step of letting beans dry thoroughly (if you are in a rush, use paper towels) so as not to dilute the punch of the vinaigrette. These were great both at room temp and chilled. A nice change from a green salad, and just as quick to prepare."
