"It took me about 40 minutes to prep this (I am a beginner cook). I forgot to use whole milk, so added some whipping cream I had on hand.
The dish was wonderful and I love the Gruyere cheese. I will definitely cook this again, as a vegetable side-dish. Thanks a lot."
