FABULOUS Steak sauce!!!,

"I make my own teriyaki sauce and always marinate overnight (never more) so thought my steak couldn't be beat. WOW...I was wrong. This is a FABULOUS recipe!! Used filet (previously marinated as above) and followed the recipe exactly, adding a bit more of the toasted and ground rice (lovely!) and fresh tomato. It was a winner!! I had a bit left over and tonight will serve it over vegetables...excellent sauce. To simplify I ground the toasted rice in a mini food processor (love it) removed, and then put the shallots and sauce in and blended all together. Cut tomatoes by hand however so not to mash.
I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!"
