"Piccata has got to be one of my all-time faves. Maybe it's the capers--any excuse to eat capers--maybe it's the garlicy-lemon-butter sauce--that would taste great on practically anything (steamed broccoli, for instance). Maybe it's the comfort of the chicken--transformed into something else entirely. Whatever it is, if you learn chicken picatta (or turkey, or veal), you've got a worthy recipe you can whip up quickly to win friends and impress guests. What's not to love? Ok, my vegetarian friends, I think this might work with a nice tofu steak, too. Someone give it a try and write a comment, K?"
