"This is an EXCELLENT just basic recipe. It has a wonderful texture, and the crust is soft. The only thing I changed is I used Whole Milk for the water and powdered milk. Don't use the milk if you are using the delay feature of the machine however. The bread also tastes wonderful if you freeze it. I think it is because there are no preservatives or such things. I have several loaves in the freezer, and have opened them and they taste just the same as if I had just made them. Keep up the good work!!"
