Good tip in here!,

"I've been a chef for years...but never at a place that does breakfast- I love eggs, especially scrambled. I've been searching and searching for the right ingredient to "SUPER FLUFF" them, but obviously it's not about anything you add; it's all about the timing and technique.
I like the tip in here about adding the milk AFTER you beat the eggs. I also very much like the tip about pushing toward the middle from all sides, then SHUTTING off the heat. I wish more people cared about their texture of cooking eggs."
