Excellent Beef Fried Rice,

"I made this recipe as the main entree for dinner and the whole family enjoyed it. I didn't have oyster sauce so I didn't use it. I used a pound of ground veal instead of 3/4 lbs ground beef. I needed to put dinner together quickly so I made the rice fresh in my rice maker and used it warm not cold and the recipe still was excellent even though is calls for cold cooked rice. This is a great recipe though to keep on reference when you have leftover rice and want to use it. I served it with egg soup, mini spring rolls and a salad. I would definitely make this again and recommend it highly."
