"I set to making the rock cakes for my kids but was alarmed by the comments on the ingredients being out of whack. I decided to stick to the original recipe and they turned out beautifully, all buttery and sweet. Can't see any need to change this recipes at all, it's great and so easy to make. Well done Elaine."
