GREAT BREAD!!!,

"THIS is one of the best whole wheat bread recipes I've come across. Some weeks we'll eat 1 loaf of bread, some weeks 5. This bread has a great taste, and I don't have to bake 2 loaves at a time. I did substitute milled flax seed for the wheat germ (had it on hand) & dropped the powdered milk (didn't have on hand). My wife loves it! I'm new to bread baking & recommend this recipe for anyone starting to bake their own better for you bread at home. Thanks for putting it out there for all of us."
