Perfect Indian Rice!!!,

"I made this rice recipe to accompany a chicken curry, and my husband and i just loved it! A cinch to make, and the cumin seeds really give it that authentic Indian taste. Makes a great accompaniment to almost any other Indian entrees. I even make it now when we order take-out, as i find it's better than the one the restaurant makes (and it's easy to make too). Thanks Petrina!!"
