"This dish was very good, I used the Tagine version. There are a few changes I would make: one, less oil. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup olive and 1/4 vegetable oil. That's half a cup of oil, twice more than is necessary. I would also reduce the water by a cup; it ended up looking like a stew. I would drain the tomatoes as well. But otherwise, as my very first tagine dish this turned out wonderful."
