Great recipe!,

"I made these brownies last night in attempt to work on my kosher baking recipes. I didn't have any chocolate chips OR vanilla, but to give the chocolate an extra kick, I added about a tablespoon of coffee (Elite brand instant coffee). I also added a little extra sugar. They turned out great, and apparently my fiance thought so too because 3/4 of the pan was gone when I woke up! These brownies are very moist, so I won't even go through the trouble to make a parve frosting for them. I highly recommend this recipe!"
