"I doubled the recipe for a party of 20 - it made a huge of amount of fritters! They were loved by everyone, even a fussy two-year old! I added in a bit of extra fish sauce as I didn't think they were salty enough - but maybe that's just me. Will definitely make them again as they really are good. We served them with a thai dipping sauce and a thai peanut sauce. (I forgot about the sweet chilli... but I don't think it mattered)."
