"Pan Dulce is one of the treats I had while growing up in Monterrey, Mexico. I was suprised to find this recipe and very excited to try. The taste is simply very authentic! Just like home :) Hints for sucess: You may want to use parchment paper so the dough doesn't stick on the cookie sheet or a baking stone. Also, the topping has to be a thin layer otherwise it can fell very easily. This bread is excelent with coffee, soak a piece of Pan Dulce in it. This is the traditional way!"
