"Hee Hee, Doug is Da Man! Add a tsp of finely-chopped cilantro, leave out the fish sauce, add a tsp of toasted pine nuts and a 1/2 tsp of cumin, spread on a 6" tortilla quick-fried in your leftover peanut oil, top with another tortilla, then you have a Chex-Mex main course!. An excellent recipe, a keeper for me!
