"I tried this the other weekend for a dinner party and it was a hit. The response from my friends was great and I've directed them to your site. I used beef chunks that were quite marbled with fat the the result was amazing. Melt in your mouth. Also the shitakes add a very subtle flavor yet they are so meaty in texture. A great winter recipe."
