Fresh and lively!,

"This salad was a wonderful addition to our paella party! It added that crisp, clean aspect that was needed to balance the seafood, meats, rice and wine. I can think of many entrees this would go well with. I chose to serve the salad on a bed of greens with a few grinds of black pepper. A winner in my book."
