Perfect Poached Chicken Breasts,

"I love this recipe. I have been making this every month (after shopping) and using the chicken for many favorite recipes. It's so easy and fool-proof. I make chicken salads, chicken enchiladas, and soup from poached chicken. It's wonderful to have on hand."
