Just like a Butterfingers!,

"After reading the other review I was a little worried about making this candy, but it turned out great!! The filling wasn't too hard and it was sooo good covered in chocolate. I think the baking soda is what helps to make it flaky, don't leave it out! These disappeared as soon as I made them and I'll have to make more soon."
