Good but not great,

"The flavor was good but a little subdued. The amount of butter called for caused the end result to feel greasy (kind of like bad Chinese fried rice). However, this recipe has great potential. I would cut back on the butter (or even eliminate it -- the rendered fat from the lamb would be plenty to cook the onion). I would also kick up the cumin a little bit. However, as the title indicates, the result --as is -- was good. I just think it could use a little tweak to make it great."
