Awesome Low Fat dish,

"I was looking for a low fat breakfast recipe that I could make and have leftovers for a few days. I discovered this recipe and made it. At first I was apprehensive because there was no real seasonings other than the dijon mustard and pepper. But I figured I would prepare as is and then if need too change it next time. I'm happy to say I don't need to change it. Though I was quite generous with the dijon mustard. My only suggestion is you may need to bake it 10-15 minutes longer in order to get the sogginess out of the middle."
