"I rendered out some pork rind,dumped the crisps. Added Olive oil, real butter. Minced onion,mushrooms & lots of Garlic, a whole bulb,minced. Simmer with Sweet Basil & crushed Pepper. Then add a minced Pepper, simmer. Open Large cans of whole Tomatoes. NO Paste.Then lay a whole Pork Loin and simmer, while stirring for 4 hrs. You are reducing the water from the tomatoes to make the sauce thicker, which lazy people use Paste for? The meat will fall off the bone in pieces, Cook Angel hair " Aldente!" and Monge!"
