Pizza Crust Extrordianire,

"This was very delicious and it WORKS! I did it on my gas grill. Preheat super high. It took 2 min. each side for a thorough first cooking. Have all toppings completely ready. I spread fresh crushed garlic and ranch dressing with mozzarella, thinly sliced mushrooms and precooked chicken. My son did the b-b-q sauce with cheese and chicken. Don't put too much cheese on. For slightly smaller pizzas, you could break the dough into 5 pieces. I made the dough in the morning, rolled it out, put between oiled sheets of waxed paper, covered with a cloth and put it into the oven to sit all day. When ready, I peeled it apart and put it on the grill. We will definitely be doing this all summer."
