Moist and Tasty,

"This meatloaf was very moist and very tasty. I did make a few changes. I used 2 eggs instead of the egg substitute. I used skim milk instead of nonfat milk. I shredded the carrot, onion, garlic in my food processor as directed but it generated a lot of 'juice' and I drained the juice off before adding to the mix. Next time I will shred the carrot separately from the onion and garlic. My food processor had difficulty with the different consistencies. Next time I will add more salt/pepper and a little more worcestershire sauce. It was very good though first time around. It's a 'keeper' in my recipe file."
