"This was a hit with the whole family and there was a fight over the leftovers even. Just because the previous reviewer didn't know what Shanghai Noodles were, doesn't mean the recipe is bad. Shanghai Noodles are sold fresh in the Asian section of the grocery store as "Shanghai Noodles"."
