Some Changes but awesome, November 27, 2007

"Well I made the recipe with a few changes. I didn't have vegetable oil so I used olive oil and I used a lime instead of a lemon. At the end when I assembled the dish I threw some fresh parsley on top. I liked the concept of this recipe because it was a perfect marriage of spicey with a not overpowering fish flavor. My pregnant wife really loved this too. I highly recomend this for its simplicity and subtle engaging flavor."
