the best calamari recipe so far,

"Had three tubes in the freezer and I must say after trying peri peri and barbecued this was by far the best recipe. The balance of flavours was good and we loved the veggies and the fact that it was very healthy. It's the first time I'd tried doing the noodles this way and they were fab.
