"I had shrimp in the freezer and dried shitake mushrooms in the fridge so I decided to go for it. I didn't have sherry so I just used chardonnay and it worked just fine - I also used veggie broth. I used a lb of shrimp for the two of us and it was very filling - it doesn't need rice to make it a substantial meal. We will definitely make it again."
