Great Turkey,

"This was my first try at brining my turkey. My husband was not too sure about trying something different. It turned out great!!! The turkey had a great flavor and was very, very moist. After brining and rinsing the turkey, I placed some of the garlic, rosemary and thyme inside the turkey prior to cooking. It gave the turkey a wonderful flavor."
